If you need to upload any additional files to support your claim, please use the file uploader below.

Enter your email address, and your web reference or claim number. Then click "Select Files", or drag-and-drop files on to the upload form.

We accept documents, images, videos, and audio files. Archive files, such as zip and 7z, are not supported, and the maximum supported file size is 25MB.
If you encounter an error message when attempting to upload files to your claim please email Claims@arclegal.co.uk attaching the files that won't load and please state in the email any Arc Claims reference, your full name and your postcode. This will ensure documentation is uploaded to your submitted claim.
