Credit reports can be obtained from any of the following companies listed in the table below. Please note that a number of the above provider’s offer varying levels of reference and you should therefore ensure that the type of reference you choose and the conclusion of that reference meets with the requirements of your policy. For a full/comprehensive/enhanced reference, the minimum requirement is that a previous landlord reference, income check, CCJ check and Employers reference if available.
